Copyright over all commissioned work is retained by the artist, unless discussed and stated otherwise.

Artwork may not be altered digitally, redistributed, traced, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior negotiation with the artist.

Artwork may not be used for machine learning algorithms, the generation of AI images, or as training data.

Refunds are not accepted post completion of the work or after significant progress has been made.

The artist reserves the right to display and post all commissioned works on their website and social media unless discussed and stated otherwise.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
